Redondo

      Hi, I am Archielen C. Redondo, a 21 years old BSOA student who will be turning 22 years old. I value professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. I strive to communicate effectively, stay organized, and contribute positively in any academic or work environment. One of my strengths is my adaptability in different social situations, as well as my approachable nature. I can balance being introverted and extroverted depending on the people around me initially calm and observant, which allows me to understand others and the environment better, and later becoming more expressive, friendly, and supportive once I feel comfortable. I am also a good listener who values teamwork and respect, although I consider public speaking a weakness; I tend to feel nervous, sweaty, and shaky when speaking in front of many people, but I am actively working to overcome this by practicing and facing my fears to build my confidence.
